Refund policy

 

Please follow the instructions below to process your exchange or refund:

  1. Contact customer service to communicate you would like to return or exchange your item.

  2. An authorized RMA# will be granted. This must be included with your package for reference. 

  3. The unused portion must be returned in its original packaging. 

  4. Securely pack the item for shipping-- customer is responsible for return shipping charges. It is highly recommended the package be shipped with tracking information. Any packages not received/lost and shipped without tracking information is not the responsibility of Hello Day. 

  5. A confirmation email will be sent when the package is received. Your refund or exchange will be issued within 48 hours of receipt with an additional 3-5 business days for the transaction to process. 

If you receive damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders, a replacement or additional item(s) will be sent with no additional charges. Claims will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion.
